SAP interviewed TAKAI and asked them to share their motivation for becoming SAP-certified and their assessment of the SAP certification program for outsourcing partners.

Why did you initially apply for certification and become an SAP maintenance partner? What advantages do you think certification brings?
Driven by policy guidance and industry development, the demand for enterprise digital transformation is becoming increasingly urgent. More and more customers are paying attention to the SAP certification for the partner’s qualification when selecting an SAP partner. The SAP Certification for Outsourcing Partners will help us meet these customer requirements.
The SAP certification enhances our brand image and increases customer confidence in our implementation and operation services for SAP-certified products. It also approves our implementation methods, maintenance concepts, and industry best practice solutions. The SAP certification helps ensure our capabilities and service quality in SAP product operations.

What impact does the audit and audit feedback have on your service delivery? For example, does it help you to verify and improve the company processes and business practices, or overall enhance your business service capabilities?
The SAP Certification has very clear processes and standards for SAP service delivery – the certification effectively helps us confirm that the processes we follow meet or exceed SAP's expectations for certified partners.
Throughout the entire audit and audit feedback process, we have reorganized our current operational processes internally. The audit results indicate that the SAP-related operational processes we currently follow, basically meet SAP's requirements for partners. At the same time, we have also learned during the audit process about SAP's more advanced and superior methodologies for relevant operations and further optimized and improved our own maintenance system.
In the SAP maintenance field, the certification has helped us conduct basic tests on our service capabilities and service processes and expand our business service capabilities in other areas that we need to focus on, for example, SAP PCE or SAP HANA Cloud.
After each audit, the partner will receive the corresponding certificate and certification logo. Can you tell us if you use these logos and certificates, and if so, how specifically?
In the process of working with clients, we introduce the certification for SAP S/4HANA Solutions Operations that we have passed, which helps improve the credibility of our services in the eyes of our clients.
In addition, our company's official website and public account also promote the SAP certificates we have obtained, demonstrating that TAKAI has the qualifications and capabilities to offer related business services.
