Introducing the SAP CX Onboarding Blog Series

Dear CX Community,

The SAP Customer Experience portfolio is built to accelerate time to market, personalize for the modern customer and scale flexibly as your business grows. An easy implementation and rapid adoption is key to project success.

While working so closely with our customers, we started to see patterns in some of the pain points they were stumbling upon. One of the biggest pain points was around initial access to SAP purchases. If not done correctly, this can lead to a poor first experience and unnecessary frustrations on both the customer and SAP side. SAP leadership has listened to this feedback and decided to double down our efforts to eliminate this confusion and better streamline our processes with a proper onboarding approach consistent and unified across all SAP LOBs.

The SAP Customer Onboarding orchestrates a unified onboarding journey that ensures consistent and relevant experiences for customers as they move from contract signature to first value realization. Customers receive guidance, enablement and services focused on developing their internal experts, delivering successful implementations, and achieving key business goals.

Our customers contacted at subscription start date are invited to follow our Welcome Webinars offered in localized languages and to get familiar with our Onboarding Resource Center. Complementary solutions like BTP will also be covered, watch my colleague Liz Cawley’s Blog.

We aim to provide tailored, practical and easy to consumer guidance like this AI supported welcome video offered in different languages available in the Onboarding Resource Center.

We hope to see you there!

I’m really excited for this new opportunity to engage with you as a community (customers, partners, colleagues) and even more excited about the future onboarding developments to be shared with you.
