Hi everyone,
As you know from this previous blog post, the SAP Document and Reporting Compliance, outbound invoicing option for Brazil enables you to send Manifesto Eletrônico de Documentos Fiscais (MDF-e) to the cloud.
In April this year, the Brazilian tax authority (SEFAZ) released a new version for the MDF-e document on the manual of MDF-e version 3.00b, available on its website. The MDF-e 3.00b version was approved for testing in April 2023 and the production month is June 2023. However, you can use the current MDF-e 3.00a version until June 30th, 2023.
What’s updated for you?
The maximum amount of event sequential number has been updated to three digits. Now you can issue sequential events up to 999 occurrences for the same event and MDF-e. You don’t have further actions related to this updated, the mentioned changes are available in the cloud service. You don’t need to implement SAP Notes or upgrade the Support Package.
