We’ve enhanced the Process Variant Manager to ensure that the custom Onboarding process flows are upgraded automatically when a major release or a patch release is deployed after the current release. Gopinath B Thank you for sharing the detailed info about 2.0 releases.
The product looks promising now in terms of onboarding but I believe we need more features in upcoming releases:
1- Improvements in onboarding tasks such as workflow capability, attachment capability, and the option to modify task screen.
2- Flexibility in offboarding configuration such as adding more tasks, changing the process variant etc.

The product looks promising now in terms of onboarding 2.0 but I believe we need more features in upcoming releases:
1- Improvements in onboarding/crossboarding tasks such as workflow, attachment and the option to add a custom task.
2. Flexibility in onboarding configuration to add a additional step (for review the new hire data) in process variant.
3- Flexibility in offboarding configuration such as adding more tasks, changing the process variant etc.
4. Flexibility in Manage Theme configuration to add a separate theme for new hire in ONB 2.0.
