This is for those customers who cannot verify their Signavio support.
The Signavio customer base on 2 kinds of support.
- Maintenance-paying customers
- Academic users
Users in Group 1
- have contract with SAP
- pay subscription fee
- use their S-user to request technical support from SAP (OSLP)
Users in Group 2
- do not have a contract
- are university students or lecturers who have free use of the Signavio product
- use a Signavio form on the Support Portal to request support from Signavio
If a Signavio user contacts CIC we need to check which group of users they belong to – customer of SAP or university user – before starting troubleshooting & giving advice.
Request by phone or chat: Academic users should use the Signavio online form to request support.
