Signavio support

This is for those customers who cannot verify their Signavio support.

The Signavio customer base on 2 kinds of support.

  1. Maintenance-paying customers
  2. Academic users

Users in Group 1

Users in Group 2

  • do not have a contract
  • are university students or lecturers who have free use of the Signavio product
  • use a Signavio form on the Support Portal to request support from Signavio

If a Signavio user contacts CIC we need to check which group of users they belong to – customer of SAP or university user – before starting troubleshooting & giving advice.

Request by phone or chat: Academic users should use the Signavio online form to request support.
