With Business Process Monitoring powered by SAP Cloud ALM we aim to provide our customers the possibility to get real-time monitoring for the end-to-end processes Lead to Cash, Source to Pay, Design to Operate and Recruit to Retire based on predefined key performance indicators (KPI).

SAP Cloud for Customer
With the latest delivery SAP Cloud for Customer is now also available in Business Process Monitoring.
Lead To Cash > Quote to Order - Sales Order in Status "Open" or "In Process"
Our latest KPI belongs to the area of Sales (SAP Cloud for Sales) and shows Sales Orders which are in Status "Open" or "In Process":

In order to use the KPI the following setup steps for your managed component need to be done: Setup SAP Cloud for Customer (Expert Portal)
Afterwards the Auto Discovery is running and the Data Collection is running.

Tipps and Tricks
You can find all available KPIs on our expert portal. In addition via Settings > KPI Management you can also check the activated KPIs in your tenant, search within KPIs and navigate to details.
