Super excited to present our first live session for SAP Service Cloud solution!
Customer service agents are a lifeline to organizations. SAP Service Cloud makes it easy to adapt to business changes and brings quick time to value. The objective of these sessions is to give you a deep dive into various features and functions of SAP Service Cloud which will help you understand how to configure, implement and use SAP Service Cloud solution.
The “SAP Service Cloud – Deep Dive into different features and functionalities” series aims to provide you with the necessary knowledge and overview on the various topics such as Scoping and Role Management, Service Ticket Processing, Service Objects and Elements and Workflow and Extensibility.
This live sessions is open to anyone who is interested in learning about or refreshing their knowledge on this topic. If you are an Administrator, Consultant, Business User using or planning to work on SAP service Cloud Solution, I would highly recommend this session.

Hi Stefan. This is for V1. We are in process of creating a course which will help our users(partners, customers, admin etc) on how to implement and use V2. Once that is ready we will offer a live session to deep dive into features and capabilities of V2 🙂
