Repository Upgrade in BODS

Purpose : 

The purpose of this document is to up-grade SAP Business Objects Data Services repositories

 

Procedure : 

This is the Step by Step procedure to upgrade your repositories in the BODS

1. Login CMC and check the Current Version of your repositories.

2. Now open the SAP Data Services Repository Manager to upgrade your Repository

Fill all the below details and click on Get version to know the current version

Now click on the Upgrade Button to Start the Repository Upgrade.

It will take sometime to complete the Upgrade, once the Repository is successfully upgraded you will receive the below message.

3. Verify the Upgraded Repository version, Fill all the details and click on Get Version Button.

4. Now Test the Connection in the CMC, Login to CMC and go to Repositories to Test the connection of repository post upgrade.

 

This completes your repository Upgrade Procedure.

 

Summary: 

After Following above steps you will be successfully able to Upgrade the repositories in the SAP BODS System.
