Release Announcement- SAP Sales Cloud classroom training updated

Hello Everyone,

I’m Deepali and I’m the Portfolio Manager for SAP Sales Cloud training and enablement within the SAP Customer Experience Product Learning team.

On behalf of the team, I am pleased to announce the release of the following course updates, based on the SAP Sales Cloud V1 2211 release:

C4H410 –SAP Sales Cloud 

Target Audience: Functional consultants, Business end users

In this course you will learn about SAP Sales Cloud. This will include sales business processes, including topics such as lead management, opportunity management, quotation management, sales methodology and more.

C4H440 – SAP Cloud for Customer Administration  

Target Audience: Functional consultants and Admin users

In this course you will learn how to set up and run SAP Cloud for Customer effectively for your day-to-day business. This course covers Administration settings such as Business configuration, fine tuning, set up of organizations, accounts, products and other data, UI personalization, User Management and more.

      This are good news!

      When should we expect to get the Sales Cloud certification updated to version 2211? Currently, it is based on version 2111.

      Thanks for reaching out.

      The current version of the certification is still 2111 and can be taken even with 2211 course material. In the latest course material, there were not many functional changes, but we worked on making the content more engaging and learner friendly .

      Our next planned update for certification will be 2311.
