While the benefits of Artificial Intelligence becomes more known and discussed publicly, customers are still struggling to build and operationalize AI to improve their business process. One option - embedded AI - is becoming ever more available and used. Enterprise business areas such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resources (HR), etc. are seeing the value of embedded AI capabilities into their business processes to improve their products and business outcomes for their users and customers.

So what is embedded AI? Embedded AI refers to SaaS applications that leverage AI to solve enterprise problems, for example, CRM, ERP, process optimization, etc. These AI capabilities are built into an application to improve the business outcomes of that application. No AI expertise is required for the end user to use embedded AI. Users often might not even know AI is part of the application.

Therefore for SAP, we have an upcoming Meet The Expert webinar session An Introduction to Embedded Artificial Intelligence and how it extends SAP application processes on March 22nd.

In this session we provide an overview to embedded artificial intelligence (AI), common scenarios and use cases, and provide a demonstration to show how Embedded AI supports SAP S/4HANA business processes through specific use cases.

Please note that this session is also relevant for other SAP S/4HANA deployment options such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition.

You can register for the live session here. A recording will be available through the same link afterwards.

Before you can access the link below, a one-time registration in SAP Learning Hub, edition for SAP Enterprise Support, is required. A detailed step-by-step guide to registration can be found here.

Thank you and best regards,
