Content Updates: SAP Activate Methodology for RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition
The SAP Activate implementation methodology in SAP Activate Roadmap Viewer guides project teams to support the customer’s journey to the intelligent enterprise. We continue to gather feedback from our own customer community, our SAP experts, and partners, and we follow an agile methodology to build on the previous version and continuously improve the content.
The focus of this blog is to highlight the latest release and improvement published in the SAP Activate Methodology for RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, on February 27, 2022.
Where can you find all the release notes?
The release notes can be found on the Overview page of the roadmap, as highlighted in the following image. We frequently update the content and keep track of all the changes made.
RISE with SAP Adoption Framework description added to the Overview Page
We have added a new section to the Overview page to highlight the RISE with SAP Adoption Framework. The SAP Activate Methodology Roadmap is closely linked with and incorporates the SAP RISE Adoption Framework, which supports SAP’s Customers and Partners in ensuring all activities critical for the success of the RISE with SAP journey is completed.
Revision made to the RISE with SAP Adoption Framework tag
The RISE with SAP Adoption Framework tag search result allows
filtering by deliverables which goes hand in hand with the deliverables
highlighted in the RISE with SAP Adoption framework. Customers can view individual tasks and accelerators available under each respective deliverable upon selecting the tag and navigating to the deliverable.
Update to the Getting Started with your SAP Implementation content
The deliverable guides you through the journey of implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, using SAP Activate Methodology, and helps you become familiar with the implementation process.
One of the most important steps before starting your project implementation is to ensure all project team members can access the necessary tools. We have updated the task. Ensure Project Team Members can access the SAP Support Portal, SAP Best Practices Explorer, and SAP Customer Communities. The procedure steps were simplified and updated.
It is important to note that procedure step two(2) is an important step and refers to the SAP Universal ID. It will be the default authentication method of the future when logging into SAP sites and platforms. All new and existing users will
be expected to create an SAP Universal ID.
Follow the procedure step to understand how to create your SAP Universal ID or navigate to the respective accelerators mentioned.

The roadmap accelerator are all now shoiwng public only. Are you aware of tihs ?
Regardless fo which product edition (be it on-premise, public or private edition, all the accelerator page are showing only public related accelerator.
I have logged an incident 167624/2023 on 1st march and no one yet response to me.
LEONA LEE thank you for reaching out. Are you sure you are logged into the Roadmap Viewer tool? I checked that when I login with my SAP ID I can see all accelerators at all levels. It is default behavior of the tool to display only the accelerators up to your access level. The fact that you are reporting that you can only see the Public accelerators indicates to me that your SAP ID is not associated with customer or partner and you have access to only Public documents.
I hope this helps explain the behavior of the tool.
