Q1 2023 Enhancements – SAP for Me for Partners
We have kicked off 2023 with a bang, enhancing the experience for our SAP Partners in SAP for Me!
Partner User Authorization Assignments
As a Security Manager, you can view and manage the partner contact functions within your organization in SAP for Me.
In the User & Contacts Dashboard, you can now find a new tab called “Partner Contacts”.
In this tab you can find a new card called Manage User Authorization Assignments.
This card lists all of the Partner Contact Functions available, as well as the number of employees within your organization with this function assigned. You can also see the number of upcoming expirations and users inactive for more than 2 years. Click on the “i” button to learn more about each function. You can also find links to create and manage users in Manage My Users.
Click into the chevron for each function to see the details for the individuals who have this function assigned (Name, S-User ID, Email, Expiration Date). You can click “Manage” to go directly to Manage My Users to maintain the specific contact.
Look out for more changes to authorizations and roles coming soon in the next few months!
Dashboard Menu Adjustments
Partners are increasingly using the previously-named Customer Dashboards.
- Users & Contacts: Manage Partner User Authorizations Assignments
- Finance & Legal: View and pay invoices (in selected countries), view Test, Demo & Development Contracts
- Services & Support: Manage cases (incidents)
As a result, we have removed the labels for “Partner” and “Customer” Dashboards and have re-ordered the Dashboards listed in the left-hand column to alphabetical order. There is no change to the content of the dashboards.
Enhanced Customer List
We have added a new “Contracts” tab to the Customer Success Dashboard. This tab contains your customer list information, including high-level overviews of business model, cloud contracts and solution area for your customer contracts.
We have moved the Active License Sales Order with Service Provider card to this tab and renamed it to Active Sales Contracts. This card has been enhanced to include the contract ID, Business Model, Solution Area(s), Contract Start and End Date, and number of Contracts.
The contracts presented have been expanded to include SAP Store (Software Partner) and PMC/BPO contracts. (Note: Not all PMC/BPO contracts are available yet. Cloud agreements completed on legacy systems might be missing or be shown under your name as a Partner).
We have also added a powerful filter functionality which allows you to filter contracts by Business Model, Solution Area, Country, Contract ID and Type (Cloud or On-Premise).
We have now added a “star” icon beside each customer in the customer list. You can click on the star to favorite a customer. You can then filter by favorite customers, and also view these customers on the Favorites card on the Home Page.
- Direct Link: Customer Success Dashboard > Contracts
- Add Favorites card to Home: Home Page > Edit (Top right corner) > Select Favorites card > Click Done
SAP for Me speaks your language
SAP for Me is now available in 6 additional languages: Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Chinese (Simplified) and Japanese!
Translation is automatic based on your browser settings.

Public Cloud Consumption Enhancements
Cross Customer Public Cloud Consumption Overusage
We have added a card to the Customer Success Dashboard to display Public Cloud Consumption Overusage across your customer base.
This allows you to view your consumption overusage at a glance to keep on top of any potential overages and trigger an upsell if applicable.
Public Cloud Consumption
The existing Cloud Consumption card has been enhanced to include a new design and include historical trends analysis.
- Path: Click into Customer Name > Cloud Usage
S/4 HANA Provisioning Alert for Test, Demo & Development
The Test, Demo and Development card has been updated to include an alert for S/4 HANA Test, Demo and Development cards available for provisioning.
Clicking on the alert will bring you to the Systems and Provisioning Dashboard to start Provisioning.
