SAP Customer Engagement Initiative 2023 – Your Opportunity to Influence SAP Product Development
Dear Utilities Customers and Partners,
We are pleased to announce that our customers and partners can once again influence product development this year.
It’s that time to bring our customers and partners together with SAP development teams – the first cycle of the SAP Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI) in 2023 has already started with over 70 new projects. We are happy to have many projects which are relevant for the Utilities Industry.
The SAP Customer Engagement Initiative allows you, as an SAP customer or partner to gain early insights into SAP’s product developments and work directly with developers to define and shape future product directions.

What's partner participation meant to be like on these proposals? I notice some say 'yes' or 'no' to partner involvement allowed
Thank you for your question and interest. Some projects do, some don’t allow participation of partners in the feedback activities. So if a project says “Partners: No”, partners can’t participate and should not register. In other projects, partners can also participate. A Feedback Agreement signed by the partner company is required for participation (analogous to customers).
