What's partner participation meant to be like on these proposals? I notice some say 'yes' or 'no' to partner involvement allowed

Thank you for your question and interest. Some projects do, some don’t allow participation of partners in the feedback activities. So if a project says “Partners: No”, partners can’t participate and should not register. In other projects, partners can also participate. A Feedback Agreement signed by the partner company is required for participation (analogous to customers).
