Dear Valued Customer,

On March 2nd, we delivered a virtual SAP MaxAttention Innovation Workshop sharing the latest details and experiences for the SAP Mobile Start as a new channel for Enterprise User Experience, providing to SAP MaxAttention customers the vision through all available SAP User Experience technologies, in particular SAP Mobile Start.

In today's fast-paced world with the mobile driven technologies, connected business, continues availability of business tools and decisions, SAP Mobile Start helps to connect the dots.

The workshop has presented how enterprise mobility is becoming increasingly important across industries. Professionals use their mobile devices to stay up to date, on-top of business activities, and ahead of the competition. As a result, users need to easily access and consume business content, no matter where they are or what time of the day it is.

SAP Mobile Start is the native mobile entry point to SAP’s business applications and content. Thoughtfully predefined persona content allows users to execute mobile-enabled business processes with the flexibility and agility needed for the modern enterprise.

Why Mobile Experience? Because SAP solutions offer the consumer-grade, human-centric experience, with continuous innovation and greater extensibility and agility.


The day started with the Introduction of the Mobile Experience from SAP, providing the big picture of its key capabilities and the Cloud use-case.


Next, we moved to session about the SAP Mobile Start, learning its key product capabilities in the Cloud.


In our third session, we introduced “How to Get Started with SAP Mobile Start”. When the customer wants to use SAP Mobile Start to access their SAP S/4 HANA content, and to give mobile access to end-users, and to make use of native features provided by the app; SAP presented the System Prerequisites and setup sequence overview (including the end-to-end demo).

Concluding the workshop, we presented How SAP MaxAttention can support your SAP Mobile Start enablement using the premium service.
