Figjam Project Management Templates
How does your team handle work management through the Design Led Process?
We at SAP find many approaches and processes across different teams as they navigate Design Led Development phases. The Design Project Acceleration team is committed to helping teams work efficiently and effectively by making it easier to manage design project work.
If you are unfamiliar with the SAP Design Led Development (DLD), find more details here: Fiori Design Guidelines.
We have created the first batch of templates that map to the Discover and Design phases of the Design Led Development process to help drive project management best practices.
Below are 3 templates for the Discover Phase:

These 6 Figma templates are available here, within each template you will find more details on how to use the template.*Please, note: If you don’t have an account on Figma, it’s necessary to create one to access the templates, you can create your account here. Besides that, viewers on Figma don’t need a license, but it is necessary for editors, to know more, and access the Figma FAQ or contact us through this post.
You can adapt the templates to fit your team/project needs, copy and change as you see fit.
If you would like a more structured overview detailing how to apply these templates as a Design Project Manager, this guide is available: DLD-Project template mapping Figma.
We’d love to get your feedback on the templates or if you have any templates that are working well for your team, feel free to share. Reach out to me in the comments below.

Thank you for the informative blog. I get below error while accessing the templates using the link given in the blog.
same issue
Hello, I appreciate you reading my post. I tested all the links, and they are working for me, maybe you need to check some access. I hope I could help you!
We checked again with different accounts but get the same error even after registering. I think the permissions need to be granted on the project in order for others to access.
Hi Dienifer - Thank you for the excellent information. When tried to access the above links with valid Figma account it reports that the project not found and ask the owner to update the permissions. Is it possible to grant permission for public to access them? Could you check this in Figma? It might work for you but not working for us. Thanks for the help.
Hello Dienifer,
Same issue as above, it'd appreciated you can check again :))
