The solution helps to integrate Fresh-desk Contacts and Tickets with ByDesign:

  • ByDesign Accounts are created as Fresh-desk contacts instantly using Restful APIs.
  • Freshdesk tickets are created as ByDesign Service requests and service orders using Webhook.
  • ByDesign Service request notes information and Fresh-desk Ticket conversations are mutually integrated.
  • ByDesign service request status is updated to corresponding status in Fresh-desk tickets.
  • ByDesign Accounts and Fresh-desk Contacts to be in sync prior to tickets creation.
