Over the course of the last couple of days a team of dedicated folks worked hard to finalise a technical migration. As a result of that tremendous effort, today, we welcome the SAP SuccessFactors community to SAP Community under a new name: Human Experience Management (HXM).
The migration will enable current members of the SAP SuccessFactors Customer Community to continue to interact with one another, with the additional opportunity to access the broader SAP Community.
Even though the Human Experience Management area is new to SAP Community, it’s already full of content. Within the HXM area, SAP Community members will find a great mix of searchable Q&A and blog posts, plus information on product updates, patches and other resources.
What can I find in the Human Experience Management (HXM) area on SAP Community?
Within the HXM area on SAP Community, you’ll find a few places to learn and interact:
SAP SuccessFactors Customer Corner: This spot is private, meaning SAP customers, partners and employees will require an S-user login to access the content. Once you’re in, you’ll find information about product updates, patches, resources and archived content. Q&A from the previous SuccessFactors Customer community platform has also been migrated and will be searchable here.
Human Experience Management Q&A: All new question and answer activity will be housed here, where they will be public and searchable.

Where is the Human Experience Management (HXM) area on SAP Community?
On SAP Community, you can navigate to the HXM area as pictured below. Go to SAP Community Groups and select HXM from under the product listing.
How can I participate in the SAP Community Human Experience Management area?
If you haven’t already, join SAP Community Groups by visiting this page and clicking on the avatar in the upper right. From there, you’ll set up your username and password to get started. For more information, check out this video.
Once you have a username and password for SAP Community Groups, simply navigate to the HXM area where you can already ask your questions, share your experience and subscribe to individual areas, sections and more.
