Replacing BOM component items using Fiori app

The purpose of the blog post is to explain the use of the Fiori app -Material where used list in BOM. In classical SAP, we used CS20 to replace BOM items in mass.

Step 1– Access the Fiori app

Step 2– Enter the component and press the GO button to find in which all BOMs this component was used.

Step 3: – Click Replace material after selecting BOMs (Do see other useful options in the Menu)

Step 4: Enter the replacement component, quantity, and change number to be used for replacement.

Step 5: Confirm replacement- See the message against each BOM.

Simple but very powerful app by SAP. Do give feedback to post more such blog posts

Thanks for this. In the first screen, you showed many apps. Can you create a recommendation blog showing which app to be used for which situation?
