What’s new in SAP for Me – System Availability

The SAP for Me portal serves as a companion to SAP customers, providing them with personalized access and a transparent view of their entire product portfolio.

Following the path > Customer Dashboard > Systems & Provisioning, you will first get an overview of your Cloud Systems and their current availability status.

Let’s have look at the recent enhancements.

In the Systems tab you will notice additional system lists:

Public Cloud Systems on BTP

The reason for this list is that BTP systems contain specific information, useful to easily identify BTP landscapes. In the list two new columns were added: Global Account and Sub Account.

If you navigate further from the System column into the System Detail page you will find further details on the system in the General tab.

Depending on the system you might find following details:

  • Global Account Name
  • Global Account ID
  • Sub-Account Name
  • Sub-Account ID
  • Space ID
  • Service Instance

As we regularly add more information to the System Details page, we have clustered it into three tabs. In the Availability tab you will find the data related to the availability of the system.

Private Cloud Systems

This list makes it easier for customers to differentiate their Private Cloud systems from their other Cloud systems.

In order to keep the Availability data for obsolete systems we introduced a new list to display them.
