SAP Build Process Automation has recently introduced Actions. This feature allows you to easily and seamlessly integrate your processes with any external systems or SAP Line of Business solutions and applications like SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba or SAP SuccessFactors.
You can now build processes where you need to create, update, or fetch data in the backend system based on the process design and outcomes, like posting an invoice to SAP S/4HANA after approvals from the finance department or getting employee details from SAP SuccessFactors for the off-boarding process. And you can do it all from one central lobby with centralized lifecycle management, monitoring, and governance.

We welcomed new and innovative features such as “workpages”, the new page building experience for SAP Build Work Zone, advanced edition. This comes with many usability enhancements like enhanced support for ´Tiles and Cards´ to be added onto the page.
