SAP Analytics Cloud Integration for SAP Risk Management
SAP Analytics Cloud is a software as a service product SAP customers use for business intelligence, augmented analytics, predictive analytics, and enterprise planning.
Depending on their data source, SAP customers have the option of choosing a live connection or importing data into SAP Analytics Cloud.
In this blog, we will focus on how SAP Risk Management on-premise** users can use live data connection to visualize their data in SAP Analytic Cloud.
Below is a diagram displaying how the live data connection accesses on-premise data sources.

SAP Risk Management and SAP Analytics Cloud (through live data connection) supports:
- Visualization of risk data based on delivered or customer maintained models
- Exploration of risk data across organizations and provide insights at the point of decision
- Storage data in the source system and connects to SAP Analytics cloud in almost real time. SAP Analytics Cloud stores the metadata. But none of the actual data from SAP Risk Management are saved to SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Secured communication between on-premise backend system and SAP Analytics Cloud with encryptions
