Theming/ Branding
With SAP Mobile Start 1.5 you can apply your own themes to SAP Mobile Start, to adapt the visual appearance of the app to transport your corporate brand identity. To do so, you can use a predefined theming template (SAP Morning Horizon and SAP Evening Horizon) or a given theme, simply adopt it in the UI theme designer and deploy it to your SAP Mobile Start users via SAP Mobile Services. To create your own theme, you can customise the following elements: Customer Logo, Header Color, Tint Color, Label Color, Background Color and Semantic Color.

Widgets on Lockscreen (iOS)
With iOS 14, Apple has introduced the capability to add widgets to the iOS lockscreen. With the latest version of SAP Mobile Start you can now add a To-Do widget and your SAP S/4HANA business widgets to your lockscreen. This will help you to always stay top of your important to-dos and SAP S/4HANA business updates, like an increasing amount of open sales orders.

Support of the China market
With SAP Mobile Start, we now also support the Chinese market - for iOS and Android (via Tencent Store) devices.
China market regulation specifics as defined by the China Cyber Security Law, such as specific privacy statements requirements are provided. Remark: In-app and native notifications are not yet available for China.
Advanced Monitoring tiles
With the latest SAP Mobile Start version, the app also supports advanced monitoring tiles. With the help of color codes and visual indicators, the tiles provide additional information to you.
Additional languages
With the latest SAP Mobile Start versions, the app also supports Finnish and Swedish.
