Here is a recap of all the questions asked during the call:

1. Question: How can I get started with XM Transformation for an implementation project? If I am midway through a project is it still a good idea to integrate XM Transformation or do I have to wait for a new project?

  • Answer: There is a specific set of assets and elements that you can use at every methodology phase (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run). If you want to use this methodology at a later phase such as the UAT phase, this is fine.  Many things happen before, but you will still get information and have more visibility at this time, and you are not live yet. It is recommended to try it out first on a less impactful project and then be ready to manage perfectly end-to-end this new methodology.

2. Question: Will RASD be availably in 3SL? If so, when can we expect it?

  • Answer: Yes, RASD will be available in 3SL for the 2302 release, which is end of January 2023.

3. Question: Is the content that you shared in SAP Activate Roadmap viewer available to everyone? Can I use that without having a Qualtrics license?

  • Answer: Yes, there is a public profile on roadmap viewer with public information / content. Yes, you can use the content with any platform, but you need to be able to process all of the data and list all of the actions with a true system of action embedded in the platform, which is not the case with every solution.  You can start it, but better to use with Qualtrics.

4. Question: Are there any best practices when it comes to implementing XM?

  • Answer: Looking at the type of predefined survey questions that are set up in the Roadmap Viewer is important. Another best practice is for an organization to not only focus on the score and be super happy or disappointed about it. If you don’t take action, people will stop sharing feedback. Communication is important especially sharing results and listing all the actions that you will take.
