Internationalization of Document Information Extraction UI

Document Information Extraction

Document Information Extraction service is part of the SAP AI Business services portfolio. It allows users to extract information from the business documents, for example, invoices, purchase orders, and payment advices using pre-trained AI models.

SAP continuously enhance the performance of the services offered to its customers. With this blog, we would like to share with you the internationalization of the Document Information Extraction UI.

Internationalization of UI

Now, there are 11 languages available for the Document Information Extraction UI, so that you can have a more accessible and personalized user experience. To change the language of the UI, follow the simple steps mentioned below. In our example we chose the Spanish language.

Step 1: Click on your name on the top right corner and choose Languages.

Step 2: In the pop-up dialogue, choose your desired language.

Step 3: After selecting the language from the list, click Apply.

And that’s it. Enjoy using the Document Information Extraction UI in your preferred language.

SAP Companion

The newly added languages of the Document Information Extraction UI are also applicable for the SAP Companion (which is the in-app help that guides you through the UI application).

Simply, click on the question mark symbol next to your name, as shown below. SAP Companion will then open on the right side of your screen as shown below:

Click the question mark sign on top right.

SAP Companion will open in your selected language as shown here.
