A new Fiori viewer for Crystal Reports 2020 is added in BI 4.3 SP03 BI Launchpad.

CR Fiori Viewer, in dark theme

The Fiori viewer better aligns with the BI Launch pad UI, allows moving pages with your finger, fully respects BI Launch pad theme(s), and also comes with various other enhancements such as Fit to width and Full screen. For more information, see Fiori Viewer | SAP Help Portal.

Crystal Reports 2020 users in BI Launchpad could switch between Fiori Viewer (UI5) and the Classic Web Viewer (DHTML) by selecting the user settings icon and navigating to Settings -> Application Preferences -> Crystal Reports.

New options to keep picture aspect ratio in Crystal Reports 2020

A “Keep aspect ratio” checkbox is added, in Picture tab of the Format Editor dialog (by default checked). It helps you set the picture box size according to the picture’s aspect ratio.

For dynamic pictures, a new display method ‘Fit to box‘ is added. Previously dynamic pictures often get stretched to fill the box, which is in many cases not desired. This new option will fit the picture to specified box and keep the picture’s aspect ratio.

Auto rotate JPG picture in Crystal Reports 2020

The new “Auto rotate JPG” checkbox in Picture tab of the Formatting Editor dialog is by default checked, it helps you display JPG pictures based on its orientation tag (in EXIF).

Option to disable Geomap

An option is added in CMC, to help BI administrators disable Crystal Reports 2020 Geomap function in BI Platform when necessary. See Managing Crystal Reports Settings | SAP Help Portal

For Crystal Reports 2020 (Designer) and .NET runtime, a registry key can be used to disable Geomap in those workflows. See SAP Note 3218545 – How to disable or enable Geo-map in Crystal Reports
