Release Announcement – Digital First, Role-Based, E-learning – SAP Service Cloud Courses – 2205.
My name is Svetha, and I’m the Portfolio Manager for SAP Service Cloud related topics within the SAP Customer Experience Product Learning team.
As you all know, we at SAP Learning are working on digitally transforming our content. To achieve this, our team has been working intensively for the last few months to get new Digital First, Role- Based E-Learning courses created.
On behalf of the whole team, it is my pleasure to introduce you in this blog post to the features and traits of these brand-new E- learning courses: Using SAP Service Cloud and Implementing SAP Service Cloud.
Our Digital First E-learning Courses
The following 2 courses have been created based on the 2205 release.
Target Audience: Consultants and Business Users
In this course you will learn how to use the different features and functions of SAP Service Cloud. This includes how a service agent performs her/his daily tasks in addition to topics such as steps in customer service and field service process, use of work distribution rules and service level agreements and more. This is a Beginner level course.
Target Audience: Consultants and Admin users
In this course you will learn how to set up and implement SAP Service Cloud effectively for your day-to-day business processes. This Intermediate level course covers identifying key built-in reports, scoping and fine tuning tasks, creating mashups, configuring ticket routing and much more.
These courses are available on Learning Hub . Here you can do a simple search on the course code (C4H54B, C4H55I) to get to the course.
These course are available to anyone who has access to Learning Hub. These courses will help you learn easily in self-paced manner, not only with text and graphical information, but also with SAP Enable Now simulations and walkthroughs.
You can take your time and pace to review everything and move along the curated content we have prepared for you.
