Hi All,
There are many ways of updating the FX Rates but in many organizations especially in the EuroZone area, this task occurs on a daily basis.
Now, instead of choosing an option which requires a bit of configuration and any possibly connectivity and interfaces, a simple 2-step method is by clicking the ECB site for its FX rates: https://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/policy_and_exchange_rates/euro_reference_exchange_rates/html/index.e...
and then download to your laptop the XML file provided. There you are able to download either the daily rates or a time series of the latest 90 days.
So, when you enter the ECB site for its FX rates and scroll a bit you will find the Figure 1 and Figure 2 respectively.

Press save as (wherever in the list) in order to download the xml file, and you can save at your screen a file like the below.

Now, let's go at SAP system and go to transaction code RFIMPECB, fill the default rates (Tip: You can save all default rates to a variant) and choose the Local Workstation:

And press "Execute". By executing the transaction, the log will be displayed with all the rates inserted into the system. The uploading will update automatically OB08 by inserting the FX Rate EURX, the date and the EUR to other currency rate.
And basically, that's it !! Simple as that, and you have all FX provided by ECB updated on SAP for posting in FX rates.
