Fusion Exchange, SAP Concur Summit 2022, was held on 20th October under the theme of digitalization to forge intelligent finance management, and featured a high-profile customer session to share success customer story with SAP Concur Fapiao Capture.
SAP Concur Fapiao Capture is an add-on solution of SAP Concur, which is embedded in WeChat to help Chinese local customers to proceed legal receipts for travel expenses. Users can easily capture kinds of legal receipts through WeChat mini app and send to SAP Concur web or mobile app to generate available expenses. Numerous customers have went live since it was released in February 2021.

This customer closed door session is part of SAP Concur Fusion. It is a sharing meeting from existing customers or partners for their success stories with SAP Concur functionality and other industry leaders to discuss common priorities, best practices and perspectives on the future of the system as well as their expectations.
Fapiao Capture, as one of the most cutting-edge features was highlighted in the closed-door discussion afternoon. Ms Dai, financial director of one of our customers, shared their experience about Fapiao Capture. "Fapiao Capture improves at least 50% efficiency and save 20% cost. Employee can submit fapiao via several clicking and our auditing team have never manipulated them by manual." She said to audiences. The great user experience was addressed throughout her sharing session.
Following the customer sharing session, it was also announced the new release plan of Fapiao Capture in Q4, the availability to US and EMEA datacenter (China market only for time being). More and more customers will benefit from the feature in the future. Deep-dive discussion with real customers will be considered and expected internally.
