Dear customer,

did you know that SAP offers a service availability page? Whenever you face issues to connect to SAP for Me  having difficult to create cases (incidents) or perform any other task you might check the current state of the site.

1. Simply go to https://status.support.sap.com/.


2. Subscribe to Updates

This page provides an overview of the service availability and overall performance of SAP for Me (and the SAP ONE Support Launchpad).

Who to contact in when you need Help

• If you need technical support regarding the support applications in the SAP Support Portal (can’t log incidents), please contact your SAP local Support Center or directly the Customer Interaction Center (CIC).
