Scheduling Agreement & Delivery Schedule Line Print Form_Output Parameter Determination_MM_RISE with SAP Public Cloud 2208

Dear SAP Folks,

In this blog post, I will share how to configure Output Parameter determination for the Scheduling Agreement and Schedule Line Print Form in RISE With SAP Public Cloud 2208

Introduction,

Fiori APP Name:

Output Parameter Determination.

Next, double-click the following tile and see here now I am going to select the scheduling agreement

1. Scheduling Agreement (LP)

If you select scheduling agreement determination setup picks automatically or we can select manually also.

Then click the Edit button and add the scheduling agreement and Scheduling agreement including the schedule line then Save.

Here Select both Print form type scheduling agreement and Schedule line

Then click activate icon here there is no save icon.

Next Select the determination step ‘Receiver;

Here Also include both Output types (Scheduling agreement and Schedule line)and activate.

Next Step ‘Channel’

This is the most important step here we can maintain output types like PDF, Email, XML and etc…..

and activate both output forms (scheduling agreement and Schedule line).

Next Select Form Template in the determination step.

Here Assign form template Scheduling Agreement and Schedule Line

Once the form is assigned then activate it.

Finally, select output Relevance and maintain scheduling agreement and Schedule line then Activate

Now check the scheduling agreement it will come with both a print form in the scheduling agreement and a Schedule line we can easily download and we can give print directly to the printer.

Here Select line 1st line item and click PDF Icon then get the Scheduling agreement and Delivery scheduling print form also.

Note:

If you are using a flexible workflow, once your scheduling agreement is approved then only print and output option will come.
