While in our reality one cannot exist in more than one place at the same time, when it comes to elements in user interface things are more flexible. When working with the Web Client for SAP Business One, the position of the apps in the home page is completely up to you. You can move them around, delete, or hide tiles, and you can also position selected tile in multiple groups:



To do so, open the "App Finder" from the "User Area". Click the "Pin" button of the relevant app and select the groups to which this app should be assigned. Here you can also create a new group if needed. In the example above, I assigned the "Customer Balances Overview" chart to the "Sales" and "Business Partners" groups. When returning to the home page the app is added to the two groups:
