Horizon themes available for SAP Launchpad service and SAP Work Zone
The new modern and fresh Horizon theme family became recently available in the SAP Launchpad service and SAP Work Zone. In the first step they are available via the Theme Manager. These themes help users to focus on getting their job done with an improved information hierarchy and simplified visual elements. The Horizon theme family comprises a light (Morning Horizon) and a dark version (Evening Horizon) as well as a light and a dark high-contrast theme for supporting visually impaired users.

SAP TechEd Registration is Live
SAP TechEd in 2022 is this year mainly a virtual experience, accessible to everyone and registration for most sessions is free. You can find the SAP Work Zone and SAP Launchpad service sessions in the session catalogue under the subtrack “Application Development and Automation”, then choose “Experience Meaningful Digital Experience to Enhance Productivity”.

We have recently launched a new tutorial series about SAP Work Zone. This series features beginner-friendly tutorials that are published on our YouTube channel and will help you learn how to use SAP Work Zone. Devtoberfest is Back
We are pleased to announce that Devtoberfest returns this year running from October 1 – 31, 2022. It’s a great opportunity to learn, have fun, connect with fellow SAP developers and an excellent way to get ready for SAP TechEd. There is a dedicated SAP Community Group for Devtoberfest. You can also register for specific sessions about SAP Work Zone: they will be run in the last week of October.

Get to Know the Winners of our SAP Community Summer Contest
In July we started an SAP Portal & New Generation SAP Community trivia quiz to test the knowledge of the Community members about the 20-year product history of SAP Enterprise Portal. This quiz also covered our latest products which also represent a concept of a single-entry point (similar to “Portal”): SAP Work Zone and SAP Launchpad service.
