SAP has invested heavily in the development of in-house bots, but we also have access to several tools such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere that can also be used to automate scenarios.

The primary objective of this scenario is to check any failed IDOCs coming from the external system to SAP. WE02 transaction is used to download the details of the regarding failed IDOCs.

For this scenario, we will use automation to download the data from SAP and consolidate that data for each in a spreadsheet. The data can be manipulated according to the required format and shared with the team responsible for fixing the IDOCs.
Here, I have used UiPath as an automation tool, but other automation tools can also be used.
