Spring is in the air! The season that is associated with blossom, revival, and … the famous spring cleaning! All of a sudden there are garage sales everywhere, and people are getting rid of all the things they don’t need anymore - taking a step towards lighter and better organized lives. So if it works that good at home, why not applying it in your business? take for example the system print layouts. When you have just started working with SAP Business One, the system layouts where the base line for the customized print layouts in your business – an anchor you can always go back to if something gets wrong, or if you want to try a new design. But if you are not using them on a regular basis, these print layouts are like those things at home that you don’t need any more and just get in the way. As a super user, you can set system layouts that are not used as "Inactive":


When set to "Inactive", the print layout does not appear in the list of available layouts for preview or in the "Layout and Sequence" window:


Unlike the stuff you give away during spring cleaning, as a super user you can always bring back the "Inactive" system print layouts by setting them to "Active" again.
