How to check available migration objects based on version and migration approach?
The migration objects in Available Migration Objects – SAP Help Portal can not be found in transaction LTMC or Migrate Your Data app.
The available migration objects vary depending on the system version and migration approach.
Transaction LTMC supports file and staging table approaches. Migrate Your Data app of 1909 version supports direct transfer approach. Migrate Your Data app of 2020 and above version supports direct transfer and staging table approaches. There is no direct transfer migration objects in transaction LTMC.

Thank you for the content. I´ve selected an existing Migration object (Fixed Asset) using the staged table which is the right migration approach for this migration object. But unfortunately there is no table included and the button to download the template is frozen. Any idea what is the issue here?

"Nicht zur Verarbeitung bereit" is a temporary status while the code for the migration object is being generated. It looks like you had just added the object to your project when taking the screenshot.
Fixed assets migration object is quite a beast and takes a while to be ready for use. How does it look now?
If still not OK, try generating it via the backend LTMOM transaction.
