SAP HANA Cloud was introduced the first time as a product with TechEd 2019. It offers customers of every size a fast and simple solution to store data, process it in real-time and connect it with other data sources in cloud or on-premises.
SAP HANA Cloud is a “managed database as a service” and as such the administrative effort is much reduced, especially compared to the on-premise world. In this session our operations expert ralf.czekalla will give interested participants insights on the duties that are still subject to administrators or users. He will cover topics like backup & recovery, specific monitoring functions, and how high availability topics are handled in SAP HANA Cloud.
