      Hi Stefan Jakobi

Maybe its better to add this statement in your blog - " Content Agent Service" is available in BTP Global account, not available in BTP Trail account.

      Hello Yogananda,

you are right and this is true for many BTP Services. It is not mentioned in this blog but I will correct it in the other blog on CAS.

      Thanks and best Regards

      Hi Stefan!

We have subscribed for the Content Agent UI, but we dont see anything there. (Rolecollection has already been granted)

We already used the content agent for 1-2 years for transporting CPI artifacts (with Charm)

Currently something can't deployed from Charm to the respective CPI instance. The transport log is cutted in our on-Premise Charm system.

How could we display the complete logs of the content agent service?

      Hello Oliver,

so are you using CAS new UI already or not?

And did you start the transport from the new UI or did you use the "old" version of CAS without UI?

In either case, something goes wrong with the Charm transport and you can't further analyse because the logfile in Charm is cut off?

      Thanks for the answer

      Hi Stefan,

      thanks for your reply.

That's right. We deployed the CAS without UI about one year ago. We're using charm that the artifacts get deployed to the CPI instances.

Sometimes there are importing issues in our Charm System and the real error gets cutted at some point.

The UI seems to be good to do troubleshooting if such errors occur.

So currently we have deployed the standalone agent (without UI). Yesterday we subscribed additionally for the UI.

      Greetings,

      Oliver

      Hello Oliver,

we discussed internally and do not fully understand the reason behind the problem.

There are three different layers involved: CAS, ChaRM and cTMS. Trough this blog we will not be able to find the solution to your problem. I therefor suggest, that you open an SAP Support ticket on this component: SV-SMG-CM.

Like this we will be able to analyse and route this internally to the right team to find the cause and solve the problem.

      Thank you and best regards
