Learn more about and get demonstrations of our newest additions to SAP HANA Cloud, SAP HANA database and SAP HANA Cloud, data lake, in our What’s New webinar. You can also ask your questions via the Q&A tool. Our product experts are happy to answer them all.

Thomas Hammer will elaborate on the enhanced version control for database instances that will become available with the Q3 release of SAP HANA Cloud. Tom Slee will tell us more about the additional runtimes for provisioning and managing database instances that are now supported for the SAP Business Technology Platform.

Shabana Samsudheen will give introduction to and benefits of the two new built-in algorithms in SAP HANA Cloud’s graph engine. She will also elaborate on the JSON Document Store enhancement for the UPDATE statement, that will allow users to choose between JSON object expressions and JSON string when performing update sql operations.

Taking a look at the SAP HANA Cloud, data lake, we are happy to welcome our product expert Jason Hinsperger on board. He will give us more insights on the SAP HANA Cloud, data lake relational engine on file storage, introducing great cost and efficiency improvements.

As always there will also be some enhancements to the SAP HANA database explorer and the SAP HANA clients. Dan van Leeuwen will tell us more about some recently added wizards for importing and exporting data in the database explorer as well as one for restoring snapshots in the SAP HANA Cloud, data lake. Moreover, he will walk us through the multiple adjustments that have been made to SAP HANA clients.

Finally, our product expert for SAP HANA Cloud, Thomas Hammer, will close the webinar walking us through some more exciting improvements we have recently added to SAP HANA Cloud.
