Here is what is planned for you in those 4 hours.
In Session 1, we’ll start with an overview of SAP Commissions, then show you the basics of how compensation plans work. Using a real-world business case with interactive discussion and hands-on exercises, you’ll learn how to create a compensation plan that pulls data from sales transactions to calculate variable payments that reward payees based on performance. This is a non-technical session ideal for learners on all levels, so whether you’re a decision maker, technical implementer, HR professional or business user, this session is a great place to start.
In Session 2, we move on to show you how to easily create two-way communication with your sales teams. You’ll learn how to create secure and interactive dashboards, distribute upcoming compensation plans, and allow your sales team to raise an inquiry and start a resolution workflow, all with no coding. As with Session 1, this session will have a lot of interaction and opportunities for you to practice with hands-on exercises.
