What’s new in Focused Insights SP10
New release , new features for Focused Insights for SAP Solution Manager 7.2.
SP10 brings 1 major new function and some improvement in the user experience.
Tactical dashboard now includes OCC Queries
Beside the already existing well known categories, we have introduced a new category which allow to display any queries from the OCC dashboards.
What are the prerequisites?
You need to have of course a query already define and discoverable in OCC Dashboard.
Once this is done, as for Service Level Report ou Strategic Dashboard the query is discoverable from the Tactical Dashboard and can be used there.
Easy setup, allows to pick the query and define the different thresholds and julmp-in function
And the new category is integrated in the standard tactical display.
This opens the capabilities from fixed categories to all possible values form the large amount of Data providers available in OCC Dashboards
OCC Dashboard : Redesign of DP ITSM
Review of all the metrics for DP_ITSM and introduction of new filters based on creation date and last modification
Reliability is improved and this allow to generate and displays a larger combinaison of metrics. All ITSM metrics are completely accurate with data contains in the CRM data sources
Remaining standard metrics are:
Number of Tickets For ITSM Transaction
Average Processing Time
Average Deviation from IRT
Average Deviation from MPT
Number of created tickets backlog
All other metrics are now deprecated
Launchpad : Improved display performance
The performance ave been improvement when having large number of instances of dashboard.
The instances are not display at the same time in the launchpad but loaded by step of 100. This
reduces by10, the time to display and search the different dashboard instances.
