Due to a domain change related to the solution of our partner TIS we need to update the Direct Bank Communication with Treasury Intelligence Solutions communication arrangement in SAP Business ByDesign. The URL defined in the communication arrangement needs to be changed. This change will be performed by SAP over the coming weeks before the upgrade to release 2208. Impact
In case you get communication or technical errors when requesting bank statements or sending payment batches, you may be required to add the TIS server certificate to SAP Business ByDesign. This should be conducted by your internal IT resources, with the certificate information that could be found below.

Add Server Certificate from TIS to Certificate Trust List in SAP Business ByDesign
- Please download the TIS server certificate from the tis Customer Support Portal. In case of any issues please contact TIS directly.
- Go to the Application and User Management work center. Under Common Tasks, choose Edit Certificate Trust List.
- Click Upload, browse for the certificate file and click Add to add it to the trust list.
