With SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation, customers can design and orchestrate software robots that automate business processes.

With that in mind, SAP have created an Expert Guided Implementation (EGI) service to show customers how to build a robot as a proof of concept for using SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation. The purpose of this EGI is to empower customers to use SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation. Customers will learn how to use the tool from an administrative and a development perspective. Customers will understand SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation and its potential to guide and transform user interactions by automation of low value, tedious and error prone tasks in SAP and Non-SAP applications.

Also, customers will see various capabilities of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) working together to develop and automate business processes by combining SAP Intelligent RPA with SAP AI Business Services and SAP Conversational AI.

To participate in the EGI service, customers will need an SAP Intelligent RPA trial or productive account with appropriate authorizations on your SAP BTP account to enable the service or set up a trial. The technical prerequisites can be found here.

The next delivery of the Expert Guided Implementation (EGI) service will be delivered in CW32 (August 8th to 12th). The SAP expert will give step-by-step instruction with time in the afternoon to complete the steps in your own environment using training materials. Please go here to register for the service.

Please note for customers to access the link for the service through the SAP Learning Hub, edition for SAP Enterprise Support, a one-time registration is required. A detailed step-by step guidance can be found here. The links will not work if you have not registered first.

Please reach out to the SAP ES Academy for any queries in relation to the EGI service.

Thanks and Regards,

Robert Kelly - SAP BTP Lead, SAP Enterprise Support
