Get recommendations based on users' browsing history and/or item description.
We’re thrilled to announce the general availability of our new service Personalized Recommendation on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)!
This new capability uses state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to give visitors to your website highly personalized recommendations based on their browsing history and/or item description. Users can train and use machine learning models to deliver these recommendations across a wide range of business scenarios.
With Personalized Recommendation, you can elevate user experience and engagement, enhance item discovery and conversion, retain business control, curate relevance, and meet KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
In addition to its external availability, gain hands-on experience by trying the Personalized Recommendation service in global accounts without any additional cost using the consumption-based commercial model.

You can now use the AI API from SAP AI Core to consume the Data Attribute Recommendation Regression model template and Invoice Object Recommendation business blueprint.

Classify and process incoming service requests using machine learning.
You can now use the AI API from SAP AI Core to consume Service Ticket Intelligence. This is a beta feature.

Service Ticket Intelligence is now available in the AWS region US East (VA).
Use machine learning to automate your document information extraction processes.
The maximum limit for the number of schemas, and templates that you can create per tenant has been increased from 100 to 1000.

It is now available the list of supported countries, and regions, and extracted fields for barcodes in Invoice documents.
Document Information Extraction now supports the following new countries, and regions for Invoice documents:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden
The service now automatically rotates document images to compensate for skewing.
