The SAP Customer Influence for SAP S/4HANA Cloud enables our customers and partner to continuously suggest improvements to our SAP solutions directly to the Product Management. The initiative does not only allow to submit ideas but to vote on them as well. These voting results inform SAP of product enhancements and changes customers are most interested in seeing in future releases.
SAP Customer Influence has a predefined improvement request lifecycle:
The first step is to follow the continuous session you want to follow, for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Enterprise Portfolio, and Project Management, please subscribe to this session: SAP Customer Influence Program for SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management in the CIP Portal Once you are subscribed to the session you have the chance to submit a feature request or improvement request for our EPPM offering in the cloud. You can also have a look at existing requests (submitted by other customers) and vote for these requests and even can add additional feedback via the comment section. Once a request meets the threshold of five or more than five, the Request will be evaluated accordingly, and status and feedback will be maintained to inform you about the result of the evaluation. Please note that requests for the same issue submitted to us via multiple channels will result in a delay in our response.
To be more connected to our customers and gain early insights into requested features and functions, we schedule regular calls for this CIP initiative and invite everybody to join. We use the calls to align the customer requirements, discuss potential solutions and workarounds and give early insights into our development plans.
