SAP Cloud for Customer 2208 Release Briefing Webcast

Dear Community,

The 2208 release (August 2022) for SAP Cloud for Customer is just over the hill.

We will be adding the release webcast-related information and assets here in our community. This will allow you to access the on-demand recordings, slide decks and also keep the conversation alive.

Please find a visual timeline for the release and the upgrades. I have also added the hotfix (HFC) dates along with other important dates.



Please noteThe Hotfix dates represent the release dates only. HFC is deployed in the customer system in the immediate next Contractual Maintenance Period (CMP).

      Hi all,

      with this new release, you can mark the "Send Later" option as Default in order to send e-mails from tickets in the background.

      This is a good functionality and saves a lot of time for the Agents, but there is a related problem with this: the only way to check if the sending of the emails failed is opening the Outbox pane. Dute to this, Agents could miss this information as usually they don´t open the Outbox pane at all.

      In order to solve it, a new Notification for the employee responsible when the sending fails is required, so I have created the next idea:
