AI Personalized Recommendation service
In several industries such as e-commerce or e-learning, consumers have come to expect personalization as a standard of service. Personalization drives user engagement, increases conversion, and retains customer loyalty.
Recognizing the need for an intelligent recommendation service to better serve our customers, SAP has developed a novel Personalized Recommendation service based on a state-of-the-art neural network language model.
Currently, Personalized Recommendation is already natively embedded in several SAP solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors Learning, SAP SuccessFactors Career Explorer, SAP Litmos, and Intelligent Selling Services for SAP Commerce Cloud.
The Personalized Recommendation service is now available as part of CPEA and Pay-As-You-Go for SAP BTP.

SAP BW Bridge - Remote Conversion
We all know the future is cloud and the future is here. But that does not mean we can simply forget about the past. What if you could take your existing and cherished on-premise investments to the cloud without starting from scratch?
SAP Data Warehouse Cloud is SAP’s strategic public cloud product for data warehousing running on SAP Business Technology Platform. To help our customers in their cloud journey, SAP offers the possibility of a tool-supported move of SAP BW or SAP BW/4HANA investments to SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, SAP BW bridge. SAP BW bridge is a feature of SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, that allows customers to leverage their existing SAP BW skills and protect their SAP BW investments in the public cloud.
We’ve recently released a new feature called Remote Conversion. This supports the process of bringing over selected data models and flows, including the data from the SAP BW system to SAP BW bridge. Supporting SAP BW 7.30 to 7.50 running on SAP HANA or any-DB and SAP BW/4HANA 2021 onwards.

Data Provider Integration for SAP Master Data Governance, cloud edition
If you’re a data steward you probably know that providing consistent master data that is ready to be used across your organization is business-critical. At the same time, it is a tedious and time-consuming task that could be made a lot easier and faster with automation.
When you create a new supplier or customer record, gathering data that uniquely identifies a company is often critical. Any error can result in broken business processes or compliance issues.
This is where SAP Master Data Governance, cloud edition comes in: MDG, cloud edition is a cloud-native SaaS solution that is based on SAP Business Technology Platform. It enables companies to kick-start a master data management initiative with low entry barriers. We recently released featured data provider integration with CDQ to further automate the creation of business partner records with reference data from external sources.
