SAP Cloud ALM for service gives you as an SAP customer the opportunity to centrally access all information for your SAP service deliveries past, present and future. This tool allows collaboration with the delivery teams who conduct these services and allows follow up on the most important issues identified.
The following applications are available to support the collaboration before, during and after a service delivery:
Service Delivery Center
Central access point to all information related to individual service deliveries
Includes notes, preparation tasks, notes, attachments, access to service results, access to issues and actions
Service Results
Detailed online results of service delivery. Provides an alternative view to the traditional PDF report.
Issues and Actions Management
Key findings of the service are presented as individual issues with related recommended actions for you to take.
Issues can be assigned and followed up until issue resolution.
