How to use Performance Ratings in Compensation Eligibility Rules

In this recording we demonstrate how to use Performance Ratings in Compensation Eligibility Rules by :

  1. Creating an effective dated MDF object that will store all Performance Ratings over the years.
  2. Adding the Overall Performance Portlet to People Profile (mostly for data checks / testing purposes)
  3. Creating an Integration Center Job to feed the MDF object (step 1) with the data from the Overall Performance background element (step 2).
  4. Adding the eligibility condition on Rating Label in the eligibility rule defined for our Compensation Template.

To exclude employees with no Rating on a specific year we can build the eligibility rule as below :

All the best,

Xavier

      Hi Ritanshi Bansal

Yes you can load them in an MDF then map rating source to MDF directly, it's the easiest way.

      All the best
