2205 Release Highlights : SAP Sales Performance Management

SAP has been making investments in the modernization of the SAP Sales Performance Management in order to create a solution that is more robust and scalable, as well as one that leads the market in performance and has a global reach. It gives us great pleasure to announce the release of version 2205 of the SAP Sales Performance Management solutions (SPM). This version contains upgrades to SAP Commissions, SAP Territory and Quota, and SAP Agent Performance Management, enterprise edition. The primary focuses of this edition are the modifications made to the user interface (UI), the advancements made to the integrated analytics, and the process improvements.

Among the highlights are the following:

SAP Commissions receives UI updates. The user interface has undergone significant time and effort investments in order to simplify it. These improvements include enhancements to the incentive rule, Run calculation UI, and run classification stage.

The new Admin Dashboard for SAP Territory and Quota includes a beautiful layout with self-guided and logical navigation, turning the application into more of a collaborator than a barrier in the process. Modifications have also been made to the quota in SAP Territory and Quota, including allocation and distribution enhancements as well as setting quota enhancements. These changes have resulted in increased visibility, accuracy, and overall efficiency.

New additions have been added to SAP Agent Performance Management, Enterprise Edition, including improvements to the Database and processes, as well as changes to field masking capabilities. Onboarding, agent relationship management, performance management, and pay were some of the areas in which SAP placed a primary emphasis in the most recent version. These areas all stand to benefit from enhancements that boost the engagement and selling ability of agents.

With the 2205 release, we want to demonstrate to both our customers and our partners that we are committed to them.
