SAP Partners Uncover New Potential for Growth with Business Process Intelligence

It’s no secret that business process intelligence (BPI) can add tremendous value to the overall operational efficiency of an organization. But with the addition of SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), SAP partners are delivering an entirely new advantage that most companies have yet to benefit from.

In his blog, Tom Le, global vice president of Partner Solution Advisory at SAP, shared that BPI can become an engine for future business growth. Recent advancements in intelligent technologies ‒ such as process mining, predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation ‒ delivered through SAP BTP, are making it easier for SAP partners to bring these innovations to customers.

“These new capabilities not only show bottlenecks from ‘raw’ data,” Le noted. “[They] also enable organizations to quantify and understand deviations, predict future events and outcomes, and recommend immediate and proactive actions to seize opportunities and fend off risks without human intervention.”

SAP partners worldwide are leveraging capabilities such as chatbots, extended planning and analysis, predictive analytics, and robotic process automation to enable organizations to help shape decision-making across other business functions. For example, customers can extend their data and insights along the design-to-operate chain, from component procurement, planning, and inbound delivery to production and logistics. As a result, supply chain decisions can be made to help optimize key business goals for sustainability performance, cost control, and the customer experience ‒ all of which can have a significant impact on long-term business growth.
